Step #1
Assess Level of Readiness
I assess your organization’s level of readiness in each of the five sections of Navigating Deep Change and recommend next steps based on organizational capacity and need.
Step #2
Set Goals & Scope of Work
First, I work with your team to identify long-term outcomes, usually between 2 and 5 years. Second, I help identify annual goals and third we break down Year 1 goals into short (6-8 weeks), mid (3-6 months) and long-term objectives (7-12 months), including work plans.
Step #3
Purpose-led Engagement Activities & Training
I design and help implement a purpose-led stakeholder engagement strategy based on your needs and the needs of your stakeholders, including staff training, content creation, event planning and management, executive coaching and strategic research and analysis.
